information volunteered by the consumer related to items such as
survey information and/or site or event registrations.

items such as name and address, telephone number, and NSCA/NSSA
number.
With respect to cookies: We only set cookies related your
online checkout, such as shopping card ID. No personal
information such as name or address is ever set in a cookie..
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future,

using our newsletter's auto-unsubscribe feature.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line
will only receive telephone contact from us with information
regarding registrations they have placed on-line.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have
special relationships with any ad server companies. Customers
may prevent their information from being used for purposes other
than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing us

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all
information [including proprietary information] that we maintain
about them.
Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have
inaccuracies corrected in contact information.
Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us

Personally identifiable data related to tournament registrations
will be maintained for six (6) months after the conclusion of
the event, at which time it will be destroyed.
With respect to security: When we transfer and receive
certain types of sensitive information such as name and address
or financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure (SSL)
server, A 128-bit SSL certificate issued by GoDaddy
protects your information while in transit. We have
appropriate security measures in place at our webhost's
facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of
information that we have collected from you at our site.
All stored information in relation to tournament registrations
is stored and encrypted with a 1024 bit DSS security key.
WE DO NOT MAINTAIN OR STORE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
